How do I store my products?

Store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness and extend their shelf life. Keeping them tightly sealed between uses also helps prevent contamination.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Depending on storage conditions, the typical shelf life of our products is typically up to 1 year, however some people experience a longer shelf life. Always check for signs of spoilage, such as changes in smell, texture, or appearance. As an example, the salves are based in olive oil so it would be a familiar smell of rancid oil.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients, but we recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Are your products safe for children or pets?

Our products are formulated for adults and are not recommended for use on infants, children, or pets. Wash hands thoroughly after using a product before interacting with infants, children or pets.

Are your products free from common allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten)?

While we strive to keep our products free from common allergens, some formulations may contain nut oils, and they are made in a kitchen that also handles gluten. Please review the ingredient list carefully and contact us with any concerns about specific allergens.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Most herbal resources advise against using certain ingredients during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend avoiding our products during these times unless approved by your healthcare provider.

Can I buy your products online?

We do not sell online at this time. Currently we are selling locally at events or through word of mouth.
